· United Nations Industrial Development Organization, 2007, Electronics Cluster Study – Cross Continent Study in 14 Industry Clusters in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Position: National Consultant

Work Details:

o Prepare the background report on Electronics Cluster in Penang, Malaysia

o Prepare a diagnostic report on the Electronic cluster

o To undertake interviews and fieldwork survey on 100 electronic firms (upstream and downstream), 100 household and 30 government and non-government institutions for the preparation of the Industrial Development Report 2009.

· Johor Corporation, 2006, Johor Corporation’s contribution towards the Economic Development of Bumiputeras.

Work Details:

o To develop a framework and assess the Corporation’s economic contribution of the Bumiputeras.

o Critical assessment on employment, income generation, social contribution, entrepreneurship, etc.

· Public Bank, 2005, Customer Service Survey for Public Bank: In line with their Customer Service Campaign

Work Details:

o To measure the customer service given by the bank officers mainly the front counters which includes the teller, customer service representative and loan officers.

o Areas: Methodology of carrying out the assignment, role-play on live transaction and enquiries.

o Duration: 4 weeks

· ENSEARCH, 2002, Training Course on Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 14000 Specially for Food and Beverage Industry and Power Generation Industry
